Our Story
We are fifth generation farmers raising restaurant quality 100% Wagyu beef in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Central Virginia.
Our cows spend their entire lives on our farm eating a vegetarian diet and receiving personal care from our family. The buttery flavor and beautiful marbeling of each cut of meat develops slowly over time and is the reason we know you'll love our meat.
